Di Bruno Bros. newest location in Wayne, PA is an evolution and “best of” version of their specialty grocery stores, full of even more energy and enthusiasm for all things edible. The concept was to create FOOD THEATRE at each station, from Cacio e Pepe and caviar stations, to a compact version of their Alimentari bar. The entire space was conceptualized and created to translate their 80 year old cheese shop that was born at the Italian Market, to a high-end suburban clientele.

On their 80th year in business, they’ve built an 8,000 square-foot Italian culinary marketplace featuring delicious and eye-catching displays and experiential food shopping experiences. Inspired by their original Italian Market legacy, and old-world European food markets, the newest space offers countless opportunities for guests to taste and sip their way through the immersive experience. Cohere helped to strategize the entire store's brand position – from big picture strategy down to the design details of colors, signage, and materiality. We also told the story with them in a video and content campaign called "Welcome to the Family".

The beloved Italian Market cheese shop opened a Main Line "Food Theatre" on their 80th year anniversary.
